What the Agency dashboard is

The Agency dashboard at agency.carrot.com is the control center for your whole book of business. Instead of logging into each client's site one at a time, you see all of your client accounts in one list, jump into any of them, and keep an eye on performance across the board.

What you can do here

  • Manage client accounts. Create new client sites, open an existing client's dashboard, and keep their details organized in one place. Each client account comes with its own lead inbox.
  • Onboard a new client. Walk a new client site through setup with the guided onboarding flow — branding, pages, and the essentials to start capturing leads.
  • Invite your team. Add the people who work alongside you and give them the right level of access, from full admins to per-client managers.
  • Track performance. Review traffic, leads, and site health across your clients so you know where to focus.

How agencies work with Carrot

There are two ways an agency relationship can be set up:

  • You own the client accounts. Your agency creates and manages the client's site under your plan — the most common setup for agencies reselling Carrot.
  • A member invites your agency. An existing Carrot member grants your agency access to help manage their site, while they keep their own account.

Billing

Your agency plan includes a set number of client sites. If you go over that number, the additional sites are billed as overage. You manage your agency subscription from your billing settings.
