Integrations – Webforms

There are instances when you may not have a direct lead source that we can integrate, or you are doing cold-calling, driving for dollars or door knocking and want a place where you can log the information of a lead which will automatically show up in your Carrot CRM Market Space. Logging leads manually can be tedious, so we offer a faster option.

This is where Carrot CRM Webforms come in. You can request a template webform from our team.

Please bear in mind that this is only a template. Submitted entries to it will only get stored in the webform's database, not in Carrot CRM. This webform contains all of the fields from the lead's contact info to the property information in the Opportunity section in Carrot CRM.

Conditions

  • There is no limit to the number of webforms that you can request
  • One webform is equivalent to one campaign in Carrot CRM, and entries submitted to it will be assigned to the respective campaign
  • You can add auto-responders based off of the campaign
  • You can either add a single recipient of an Action or round robin them to a group of workspace members
  • You can request to modify fields
  • You can request to add fields
  • You can request to remove fields
  • Webform fields that do not pertain to a matching field in Carrot CRM Opportunities will be placed in the notes section alongside the actual notes
  • Currently, custom fields in the webform cannot link to custom fields in Carrot CRM

Step 1: Requesting a webform

Specify your preferences for the following and send an email to support@carrot.com:

  • Name of the campaign in Carrot CRM that it will be linked to
  • Name of the employee(s) that will receive an Action for every entry made on the webform
  • Title of the webform that will show on the webpage
  • Fields to be removed
  • Fields to be modified
  • Fields to be added

Turnaround time

Our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days from the acknowledgement of the request. This time-frame may be longer or shorter, depending on the complexity of the request. We will then send you the custom page link once we have confirmed the functionality of the webform.
